Mazuma Mobile complaints are actually very hard to come by. I’ve searched using Google and have only found good things about them.
People are reporting about how they were prompt with sending out the free postage. They delivered the money they promised. Just an overall sense of satisfaction with the company and their service.
This excellent service is no accident. Mazuma Mobile have made a big effort to focus on customer service and it appears to be paying off. Some recycling companies change the price offered after they receive the phone or don’t pay up at all. Mazuma Mobile complaints have been reduced because of how simple they have kept the process.
If your phone is working then you get x amount of money. If it’s broke then you get y amount of money. That’s it. They don’t change their mind or price. They also make the process as seamless and painless as possible. Just check the main page of this site to see a ‘live’ example.
